Self-Wellness Checkup Quiz: What’s Your Energetic Burnout Level? Burnout is increasingly common. People feel stuck, lost, emotional, frustrated and indecisive and don’t know why. They want to quit their jobs or feel unexcited about life but don’t know which direction to go. They no longer trust their decisions. They think they are the problem – but usually, it is their environment, life, career, or groups that are not correct for them. Much like when a plant starts to wilt, we try to fix the conditions. We cannot ‘fix’ the plant. So if you’ve been struggling with your self-wellness, let’s do a quick check-in. These 12 questions are designed to gauge your level of energetic burnout and highlight the areas that might need attention (it only takes a few minutes). 1. How would you describe your general energy levels? I have a lot of energy, especially to do the things that I enjoy I sometimes have energy, but then completely lose all my energy I constantly feel zapped, sluggish, dull, or exhuasted None 2.
