Refund Policies
Some products are instantly generated and automatically sent, thus are not eligible for return. The below products are exempt from our refund policy:
- The Masterpiece of You report
Audio orders can be refunded provided they have not yet been recorded. Booked sessions can be refunded if canceled within more than 48 hours in advance.
To request a refund, we may ask you to provide proof of your purchase and your account or card details. To be eligible for a return, your refund will be issued to the same card or account that was used to purchase the product.
You will receive a full refund minus any bank transfer costs or fees. If there are no bank fees, you will receive the full amount. If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on processing.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank account to confirm their processing time.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@selfwellnessproject.com.
Sale items
If your item was purchased under a sale, the amount paid minus transfer costs will be refunded.
Gifted readings
Gifted readings cannot be refunded to the gifted person. Refunds can only be returned to the card used for the original payment. However, you can use the gift amount to select another product or re-gift your reading to someone else.
Comments
We reserve the right to delete any comment that violates our policies:
- No discrimination, sexism, or racism will be tolerated
- Comments should be respectful
- No trolling or comments intended to incite arguments
- No selling, only genuine comments
